Responsibilities
1. Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of the product line, including tech transfer from lab to plant, pilot manufacturing, and scaling up to full production.
2. Production Line Design and Management: Design, build, and manage the production line, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
3. Market Launch and Strategy: Coordinate the launch of new products, including market analysis, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
4. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
5. Quality and Compliance: Ensure all products meet quality standards and comply with relevant industry regulations.
6. Budget and Resource Management: Oversee the budget, resource allocation, and cost optimization for the product line.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, or a related field.
2. 5 to 10 years of industrial experience in chemical manufacturing, preferably in bio-based material or agricultural chemical sectors.
3. Proven experience in managing a chemical manufacturing plant; experience with bio-based manufacturing is a plus.
4. Strong technical background in fermentation or bio-transformation processes.
5. Entrepreneurial spirit with proven capability in managing manufacturing operations.
6. Solid understanding of the chemical industry and market trends.
7. Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
8. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing environments.
